Topic:

The Gordon Food Service Corporate headquarters is a certified LEED Silver complex that utilizes geothermal energy exchange for heating and cooling. The facility is an excellent example of continuous commissioning as careful attention to system utilization and performance over a decade of occupancy has yielded a system performance 30% better than originally planned and modeled. This building is also almost completely electrified using no fossil fuels for MEP systems. 

This tour will provide the opportunity to see the building systems and ask the owners and operators questions on running and maintaining a high-performance facility and the challenges and advantages of electrification, 10 years in.

Please park in the visitor lot in front of the building and enter at the main door. Because of the time needed by GFS to prepare and register all guests, we are closing registration for the event by end of day, October 10th.
